We founded BuLogics in 2003 as a technology development company in order to leverage the wireless technology standards that were in the early stage of development at the time. Since then, BuLogics has designed and engineered dozens of award-winning products for OEMs, and managed some of the industry’s largest-scale automation integration projects.
Due to the depth and breadth of these experiences, the Z-Wave Alliance (a worldwide consortium of leading OEMs promoting Z-Wave as the standard for wireless control) appointed BuLogics in 2008 as one of only two companies in the world qualified to test and certify products for compliance with the Z-Wave standard.
Over the years, BuLogics developed a number of consumer-oriented products based on gaps or opportunities we saw in the market. However, realizing that our core competencies were in custom design and engineering services, we made the strategic decision to spin off our consumer products to a firm that could fully exploit them. As a result, BuLogics finalized an agreement in May of 2011 with Zonoff, Inc. through which Zonoff acquired our consumer products and associated technology assets.
Today, BuLogics is laser focused on solutions for commercial markets, while Zonoff is making great strides on the consumer side with their integration partners.
